HOW TO CREATE A CENTREPIECE OUT OF ANYTHING
HOW TO CREATE A CENTREPIECE OUT OF ANYTHING

Today, life is becoming ever more individual (thankfully). We have so many more choices about how we spend our time that each of us is able to create our own individual version of the 'lifestyle' that so many people talk about, but few really have. This is very exciting and Morgan Crossing was designed to appeal to people who embrace this, by making the everyday chores simpler and knitting together so many more of the enjoyable elements of life.

This is not a new idea, just new to somewhere like South Surrey. Districts in Vancouver like Robson Street and West 4th appeal to people’s interest in the sort of ‘urban life’ that exists within these lively and vibrant communities. From their balconies, people can look down any time at the street performers, buskers and floral displays below. All throughout the day, they see people coming in and out of stores and cafes. There’s a sense of camaraderie that goes along with the atmosphere of an alfresco or open-air experience.

We wanted to offer an alternative to the lines of lookalike driveways that typically define areas like South Surrey. Morgan Crossing is a unique project and we are sure that those who fall in love with it will be just as individual. This fact, along with all of thousands of decisions we have made along the way the to create the environment, makes this one of the most exceptional places to live, shop and play in the Lower Mainland.
